Overseas Subsidiary Office Manager (German-based)
Location: Stuttgart, or neighboring areas in Germany
Position: Overseas Subsidiary Office Manager
Responsibilities:
● Report to Subsidiary General Manager
● Administration Management
- Actively participate and support of new Subsidiary Office’s facilities and personnel establishment and development
- Responsible for the office admin policy implementation and optimization, incl. daily operation, expense rules, etc;
- Responsible for regular daily affairs of office, such as general visitor support, office materials purchasing, IT support etc
- Responsible for the management of the administration related supplier;
- Responsible for the organization of staff activities, like tickets booking
● Back office support for HR- and finance- related affairs
- Responsible for local staff recruitment process, including Resume search/ interview arrangement/ offer letter release;
- Responsible for process the procedure of staff on-boarding and dismissal as well ass contracts management;
- Responsible for staff attendance management, salary calculation;
- Assist the line manager regarding staff performance and training management
- Other finance related affairs’ support;
Requirements:
● German-based Chinese or German-speaking European
● University degree or Associate degree
● At least 3 years’ Admin and/or HR related experience
● Computer & Technical software proficiency – knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & AutoCAD
● Good in English (both spoken and written)
● Good communication and teamwork spirit
● Adaptability, responsibility, enthusiasm
