  • Responsibilities:
  • Purpose of the Job
    - Oversee and lead Group talent acquisition, hiring as well as employer branding for all China sites; establish a strategic and professional recruiting function to serve as a consultative partner to ensure effective delivery of recruitment service for China reign
    Job Responsibilities:
    - Lead a professional talent acquisition function in line with the business growth and turnover projections and other strategic objectives
    - Build, develop and execute a strategic and proactive talent strategies including recruiting plans, sourcing strategies, hiring channels, vendor network to ensure to obtain the most appropriate talent on a timely and effective basis
    - Standardize and optimize the recruiting function and procedures including identifying, screening and on-boarding to build a diverse and qualified talent pipelines to support organization development and ensue a sustainable talent advantage for Group
    - Drive the excellent execution of the recruitment plan to achieve timely and effective recruiting outcomes
    - Manage HR marketing and employer brand; Initiate and support talent programs, processes, and measurements to achieve the goals
    - Develop and guide talent selection capabilities and process for hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure the effective selection and retention of best talent
    - Manage and implement recruitment module and relevant HRIS system; Continuous optimize& integrate recruiting resource to support future talent acquisition demands
    - Drive out talent acquisition function performance; coach and elevate team capabilities
  • Requirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business or related field
    - Rich HR working experience, strong in recruitment and employer branding initiatives
    - 3~5 years of leadership experience; HR business partner experience would be plus
    - Practical knowledge of hiring processes, skills, channels, tools and organizational analysis frameworks
    - Demonstrated experience in creating and executing full-cycle talent program from campus recruiting to top talent acquisition
    - Result-oriented, strong business mindset and critical thinking abilities
    - Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
    - Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
    - Proficient in using software and leveraging technology for talent acquisition process
