  • HR Mobility Manager
  • Location: Shanghai
  • Position: HR Mobility Manager/Expert
  • Responsibilities:
  • Purpose of the Job
    - Lead and support the whole lifecycle process and management of the international assignments including assignment initiation, extension, termination and localization from/to China based on group mobility policy; Develop an in-depth and effective mobility systems, processes and legislative rules.
     
    Job Responsibilities:
     
    - Provide local consultancy support & guidance for international assignments including but not limited to immigration, expatriated employees, short term business travelers and crossed borders for the Region 
    - Develop effective relationships with internal and external suppliers that provide services 
    - Provide training of the mobility policy and procedure across the region; ensure mobility service delivery on time, accuracy & compliance aligned to local tax & labor regulations
    - Work closely with global mobility team and host/home HRs from different regions to secure all assignments are managed on right track;
    - Act as local HR responsible for the management of assignments and local hires that are based in China HQ;
    - Implement China localization policy of international assignments, and manage the localization process
    - Develop local mobility policy for facilitating local internal hiring within the country
    - Settle assignment related inter-company charges
    - Assist other projects assigned by the superior according to business needs
     
  • Requirements:
  • - University degree or equivalent
    - Working experience in management of international assignments at sizable multinational companies
    - Global mindset, with regional process combined experience in immigration/or mobility
    - Solid knowledge in tax, social security, immigration regulations and labor law etc
    - Sound understanding of national legislative immigration rules
    - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    - Experience on mobility and Employee Relation is strongly preferred
    - Strong problem-solving skill, capability to manage multi-tasks
    - Proactive, attention to detail, and accuracy
    - Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
    - SAP HCM knowledge would be a plus
    - English skills should be fluent both in the spoken and written
