  • Responsibilities:
  • Purpose of the Job
    - Manage the implementation and improvement of HR related information systems based on the China and global HR business requirements
    Job Responsibilities:
    - Serve as the HRIS partner supporting in digitalization projects of HR transformation, including new implementation, system configuration and integration, testing, user training etc.
    - Lead continuous improvement for HR system according to up-to-date business needs
    - Provide HR system/application support and HR system related trainings for key users
    - Ensure the user authorization compliant with global guideline
    - Manage and maintain existing systems, provide solutions for local change requests
    - Maintain and develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for responsible area
  • Requirements:
  • - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
    - 3+ years of HRIS implementation and maintenance experience, SAP experience preferred
    - Strong project management skills
    - Familiar with HR processes, and able to provide solutions in establishment of interfaces and integration with different functional systems
    - Good command of English, and able to work with global HRIS team
    - Knowledgeable in Cyber Security Law as a plus
    - Self-driven with can-do attitude
    - Detail and result oriented
    - Good communication and networking skills
