Country Manager/Branch Manager China
Location: Shanghai
Position: General Manager China
Responsibilities:
● Represent Head of Sales China Business
● Lead, develop and motivate the whole China organization to achieve annual objectives and growth targets
● Create and develop the marketing strategies with other BU Heads
● Development of new markets, customers and distribution partners
● Take care of customer visits, consultations with customers
● Cooperation in the creation of concepts and offers
● Keep close cooperation with global companies of the group
● Supervise the transaction
● Participate in the preparation of a JV company
● Responsible for company’s administration, personnel management
● Make continuous optimization of business processes
● Report to the management in HQ
Requirements:
● College degree or above, major in relevant Technical or Engineering, etc.
● Sound experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of technical building equipment or plant construction, fire protection advantage
● Experience with tender based businesses
● Experience in the field of foreign imports and / or experience with Foreign Investments
● Experience as a team leader or area manager
● Familiar with independent work
● Strong will to build market position, team and own career
● Good in English (both written and oral)
● Professional, strong leadership skills
● Sales-oriented, flexible, open-minded, committed
● Intercultural experiences and open-mindedness, ideally stay abroad
● Hands-on mentality
● Highly-motivated and resilient
● High technical understanding
● High willingness to travel
