• Key Account Manager
  • Location: Shanghai/Jiangsu
  • Position: Key Account Manager
  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Achieve budget sales targets to support customer and company goal according to established business plan
    ● Set up, develop and execute sales & marketing strategy for responsible automotive customers
    ● Work with AE to get new inquiry from customers, win new customers
    ● Manage both internal and external relationships and resources to sell and secure new business
    ● Fulfill company targeted working capital
    ● Review customer summary and strategy periodically
    ● Collect and analyze market and competitor information
    ● Maintain a sufficient pipeline to ensure consistent sales performance
    ● Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • ● Rich sales experience in automotive industry in a similar role
    ● Knowledge of automotive market, automotive quality system and project management
    ● Understanding of customer specific requirements (customer processes, timing, quality, specifications, payments, purchasing conditions)
    ● Good capacity of building and maintaining good relationship with key accounts and developing new clients 
    ● Business savvy & commercial awareness, sales-and customer-oriented
    ● Good at cross-function collaboration
    ● Energetic, initiative and self-motivated 
    ● Good communication & negotiation skills
    ● Strong interpersonal and selling skills
    ● Strategic thinking, analytic capabilities and good judgment
    ● Forward thinking, down-to-earth
    ● Capable to work under high pressure 
    ● Mature, stable and loyal
