  • National Sales Manager
  • Location: Shanghai/Jiangsu
  • Position: National Sales Manager
  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Take responsibility for the BU National Sales Management , be responsible for business development, making and developing sales planning and strategies
    ● According to the company development strategy and aim, map out annual and mid-term sales target and plan
    ● According to the company policy, take charge of distribution of sales target, set regional sales and development strategy for achieving the task perfectly
    ● Make and control the yearly departmental budget
    ● Responsible for public relation activities to promote company image and reputation
    ● Review contracts & orders, negotiate with customers in price and payment terms
    ● Assess staff with effective management way 
    ● Co-ordinate with other departments
    ● Accomplish other work assigned by the supervisor
    ● Report to General Manager 
     
  • Requirements:
  • ● College degree above, major in industrial and civil specialty or related technical majors
    ● Related working experience in a similar role in international companies, Windows and doors curtain wall industry background is preferred
    ● Strong in dealer management
    ● Strategy thinking of construction material industry 
    ● Good knowledge of market environment 
    ● Ability to make correct forward- looking judgment for the market
    ● Good in English (both written and oral)
    ● Good team management and leadership
    ● Strong communication and cooperation skills
    ● Honest, diligence, diligent, good career responsibility
    ● Willing on business trip
    ● Good team player
