Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai
Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
● Collect key customers technologies and their roadmap in depth insight in the semiconductor market
● Identify the potential possible applications of key thermal process equipment at the key customers in the semiconductor market
● Estimate of the China market of the key thermal process equipment and membrane equipment within 2 to 3 years
● Understand customers’ decision making process and key decision makers in terms of equipment qualification, process verification and equipment procurement.
● Design and implement market penetration strategy with HQ together.
● Understand the customer needs related with company’s key equipment and processes
● Present company’s key products and their applications associated with customer technologies and concepts of implementation and required technical service support to customers.
● Main contact windows of the customers
● Establish effective customer relationship to the R&D department, executive level for the equipment procurement.
● Organise regular meetings (roadmap meeting) with customers.
● Liaison with HQ R&D for customer equipment & process Demo and the targets and criteria of demo and samplings. Request adequate resource to fulfil the demand.
● Responsible for onsite evaluations including technical supports, dedicated staff, timeline budget etc.
● Sales forecast yearly for the key thermal process equipment and membrane equipment.
● Support the commercial negotiations.
● Support other APAC countries sales activity.
Requirements:
● Master degree in Chemistry/ Physics related field.
● 10+ year working experience in semiconductor sales, marketing or technology
● Fluent oral & writing English communication capability
● Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrated ability to discuss problems and negotiate mutual agreements with customers.
● Demonstrated ability to coordinate customers’ issues through varies departments in different regions.
● Proven success in introduction of products or technologies into the semiconductor market.
● 10+ year working experience in semiconductor sales, marketing or technology
● In depth insight of China Semiconductor manufacturing & production market and network relationship with the semiconductor customers on the decision making level.
