  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Overall responsible for operation and commercial result of the company
    ● Full responsibility for Profit & Loss and business performance;
    ● Agree and achieve business plan deadlines and key performance indicators;
    ● Develop strong links with established and new customers, be seen as a strong, reliable and strategic partner;
    ● Ensure the basic requirements of open, responsive and reliable communications, good quality training and development plans; consistent and fair employment standards are implemented;
    ● Consistently demonstrate strong leadership in all tasks undertaken, rewarding and encouraging effort and achievement in a high-growth environment;
    ● Assure the compliance with local regulations and Group internal policies & procedures;
    ● Awareness of and adherence to all quality standards and guidelines and compliance with safety, health and environment regulations;
    ● Complete other related tasks assigned by superior
     
  • Requirements:
  • ● Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineer or equivalent
    ● Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a successful, market driven, auto-related, high-growth manufacturing business in China;
    ● Proven experience in the automotive industry and its processes is essential, powertrain highly preferred;
    ● Strong knowledge of all business and operational functions and an ability to convert that knowledge into practical and pragmatic actions-easily understood by all;
    ● Strong knowledge of the Chinese automotive market with new business development experience;
    ● Multinational company experience required, with excellent networking skills;
    ● Experience in lean manufacturing and light assembly would be a plus;
    ● Good and fluent communicator who is able to deal with customers, suppliers and employees;
    ● Fluent in English (both spoken and written) knowledge of German would be advantageous but not essential
    ● Self-motivated, strong in execution
    ● Strategic thinking, solid problem solving capability
    ● Strong leadership, excellent communication and organization skills
    ● Outstanding interpersonal & people management skills
    ● Strong analysis and negotiation skills
    ● Process-and result-oriented, customer focus
    ● Mature, highly initiative and strong sense of responsibility
