● Drive implementation and execution of brand communication strategies to further develop the brand and grow the business in China;
● Interpret and translate global strategies into local tactics; Support the development of brand recognition and -understanding throughout key-cities across China
● Keep close liaison with local, regional and HQ sales and marketing departments;
● Successful planning and execution of new product launches and consumer campaigns;
● Work closely with regional marketing to optimize local plans and required assets;
● Work with the country manager to plan and manage the local sales and marketing budget;
● Oversee planning and execution of above the line advertising;
● Put ROI measurement criteria, tools and reporting in place across all channels and efforts;
● Liaise with the full marketing and communications team to make sure we seek out locally relevant content and deliver on a regular basis to engage our fan base;
● Evaluate efforts on all our (owned) media platforms and increase 1:2:1 communication with followers & digital opinion leaders for both brand interaction and content distribution;
● Constantly identify, analyze and align the latest communication trends and emerging technologies, seek out new opportunities and apply them to the strategy in alignment with the local sales & marketing team;
● Benchmark best practice examples in and outside the world of brand relevant for channel activities;
● Report monthly on relevant marketing communications-metrics, providing insights to stakeholders on projects, planning and results;
