生产经理/总监
Location: Shanghai/Tianjing/Jiangsu
Position: Production Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
● Take responsibility for production management including production processing; production organization; production internal quality checks; production & cost control, etc.
● Responsible for production machines: rolling mills, slitting lines, batch annealing plant, and auxiliary machines and processes: packing, packing material preparation
● Drive continuous improvement of equipment and procedures to ensure that product conforms to customers’ requirements
● Drive production to meet quality standard
● Ensure efficient resource utilization in running the manufacturing facility
● Ensure safe working environment of all employees on site
● Responsible for the performance of production lines
● Supervise and manage production staff; plan and monitor personnel deployment
● Report to General Manager
● Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
● University degree or above, Engineering or related majors
● About 10 years experiences in the production of machinery or automation industry
● About 5 years in management functions
● Strong problem solving capabilities
● Good in English
● Good communication and analysis skill
● Strong sense of responsibility
● Loyal, stable, mature
