  • Position: Commercial Vehicles Sales Director China
  • Responsibilities:
  • ● Responsible for commercial OEMs (on/off highway) in China for the sales related to all the products, including the project management and respective application engineering activities
    ● Define short, medium and long term strategies and the necessary plans needed to reach them
    ● Duly represent company’s image at the customers as highest ranking dedicated officer, for major contractual negotiations, pricing deals and other important technical, commercial or social occasions

    ● Maintain information and communication flow with all relevant internal departments. Provide leadership and guidance to direct reporting associates in China Team.
    ● Regional Sales responsibilities for all global (China, Japan, US, Europe) commercial vehicle customers: in charge of the mentioned global OEMs in China, dotted line reporting to all related global key account managers with focus in China, define strategies, sales plans, provide pricing proposals and maintain information and communication flow with all related customers and internal functions

    Main Tasks:
    ● Strategy/Planning
    ● Acquisition of New Projects
    ● Project Management
    ● Customer Relationship Management
    ● Sales Process and Communication
    ● Personnel Development: Motivate, train and support staff in order to enhance performance continuously.
    ● Support marketing team and sales planning team to fulfill the requirement of sales planning and reporting system; Complete annual eco plan and maintain regular reporting system.
    ● Coordinate and support Corp. Communication/Public Relation team to fulfill related marketing events to promote Group's image and sales in Chinese market
    ● Elaborate internal and external major events with PL, customers, industrial media and society
     

  • Requirements:
  • ● Rich working experience in automotive industry in a similar role
    ● Familiar with automotive commercial vehicle clients
    ● Knowledge of automotive market both OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
    ● Strong in project management
    ● Outstanding capacity of building and maintaining relationship with key accounts and developing new clients 
    ● Business savvy & commercial awareness, sales-and customer-oriented
    ● Good at cross-function collaboration
    ● Mature, professional and self-confident
    ● Strong leadership and people management skills
    ● Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    ● Strategic thinking, business-acumen and good judgment
    ● Forward thinking, down-to-earth
    ● Capable to work under high pressure
    ● Willing to travel
    ● Good in oral and written Chinese and English
