Position: Pipe Expert
Responsibilities:
● Quickly solve the series of problems such as the design, process, equipment, mould, testing and test verification of the engine pipeline
● Mainly responsible for the engine piping products, according to the APQP process of the automotive industry:
● In the stage of product development, responsible for the detailed design of the assembly and components, D-FMEA, FEA analysis, sample production, test specification, failure analysis and improvement of product test, and product inspection specification and so on
● In the process development stage, responsible for process planning, production capacity planning, F-FMEA, WI, design and development of tooling mold, equipment development, testing equipment development, process verification and quality control, etc.
● In the product production phase, responsible for the quality analysis related to the product design and process, improve the FTQ and production efficiency
● Reduce the defect rate, the scrap rate and the customer complaint analysis and so on. Assist tooling maintenance management, assist related equipment maintenance management and so on
● Develop new piping and new process according to customer's requirements
● Formulate product development plan and recommend it effectively
● Establish a complete set of engine piping products and process standardization
Requirements:
● College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering
● More than 10 years development and technical experience of high pressure metal pipe parts
● Good in English (both spoken and written)
● Strong communication skills
● Good working attitude
● Teamwork spirit
● Loyal and stable
