● Act as business partner to develop and implement human resources/organizational strategy and respective action plans to satisfy the business needs of BUs
● Take full responsibility of HR & Admin management and development
● Formulate HR Budgets and supervise its implementation
● Drive and sustainably implement essential HR systems, processes and procedures
● Develop HR plans and people development plan to facilitate organization growth, employees' career development and retention of valuable human resources
● Identify and develop talents for the overall company; Execute the talent management strategy
● Lead and conduct the recruitment, selection, training of employees
● Provide coaching and advice to managers and all staff on all HR related topics to create an innovative company culture
● Increase the organizational capability and capacity in the best efficient way to ensure continuous business success
● Ensure efficient and effective employee communication for the company
● Lead and drive the execution of performance management system and KPI implementation
● Supervise the administration team in Central China
● Other assignment as designated by the supervisor
